The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke good English. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast provided a great start to the day. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful lakeside setting.
The Wi-Fi was not always fast, and there were some limitations in accessing certain websites. I felt unsure about whether upgrading to the deluxe room was worth the extra money compared to the standard room.

Had a fantastic stay with stunning views, cozy bedding, and a filling breakfast menu. The room was spotless and modern services such as high-speed internet were in place. They had a flexible menu where you could choose your breakfast dishes from a broad range. It didn't matter if you were a vegetarian or non-vegetarian, as they had plenty of choices. Location is excellent, with the city being easily accessible and nearby. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
Although the stay was pleasant, the room floor accumulated some dust, and the bathroom lighting could have been improved. Although it wasn't a significant issue, it could be resolved to make the room even more comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, providing information on transportation and even organizing a hiking trip for me. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything a tourist might need, with restaurants, bars, and a supermarket just steps away. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. I especially enjoyed the view from my window, which overlooked a stunning mountain range. Transportation was very convenient as the airport and boat station were both nearby.
Nothing, all was good.

The hotel is ideally located close to the lake and all the restaurants and shops in the area. It is also very convenient being close to the airport and boat station. Guests can easily plan activities in and around the surrounding mountains of the area.
The hotel can be quite noisy due to its location in the tourist area, which might not be ideal for those looking for a tranquil stay.

Great value, fantastic views and outstanding service! the price of this hotel is unbeatable. the location was perfect, everything we needed was walking distance. the best aspect of our stay though, was the amazing views we had from the terrace and from our room. the pictures you see online are exactly what you get. We could see the lake and the mountains, stunning! On top of it all, the service was outstanding. the staff were extremely kind, attentive and always eager to help. the breakfast was simple but good, and the rooms were always clean and comfortable.
Electricity cuts and cleaning. the only downside we experienced was the electricity cuts that occurred frequently, but this isn't specific to the hotel so it was something we were prepared for.

We were amazed by the stunning views from our room terrace at the top floor of Tristar. The Annapurna, Machapuchare, and Dhaulagiri mountains were a breathtaking sight. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The hot water in the shower was a great relief after a long day of exploring. Despite occasional power cuts, the air-conditioning worked well when available. The hotel's central location was convenient for exploring the city. we highly recommend Tristar for a short stay in Pokhara.
